Chest Exercises - Pump Up Your Pecs!!

1) Chest Exercises: Beginner Level


1) Stretches - 5 minutes
2) Pushups - 1 or 2 sets
3) Incline Chest Press - 3 sets
4) Flat Chest Press - 3 sets
5) Dips - 1 or 2 sets
6) Decline Chest Press - 2 sets
7) Stretches - 5 minutes

Note: Perform each Weight Exercise using Dumbbells/Barbell/Smith Machine & aim for 10 to 15 reps per set

Rest 1 to 2 minutes between each set

2) Chest Exercises: Intermediate Level


1) Stretches - 5 minutes
2) Pushups - 2 sets
3) Incline Chest Press - 3 sets
4) Three-way Cable Chest Fly - 3 sets
5) Dips - 2 or 3 sets
6) Decline Chest Press - 3 sets
7) Stretches - 5 minutes

Note: Perform each Weight Exercise using Dumbbells/Barbell/Smith Machine & aim for 10 to 15 reps per set

Rest 1 to 2 minutes between each set

3) Chest Exercises: Advanced Level


1) Stretches - 5 minutes
2) Pushups - 3 sets
3) Incline Chest Press (10) + Chest Flys (8) - 3 sets
4) Decline Chest Press (10) + Chest Flys (8) - 3 sets
5) Dips - 3 sets
6) Flat Chest Press (10) + Chest Flys (8) - 3 sets
7) Stretches - 5 minutes

Note: Perform each Weight Exercise using Dumbbells/Barbell/Smith Machine & aim for 10 to 15 reps per set

Rest 1 to 2 minutes between each set
