1) Shoulder Exercises: Beginner Level


1) Stretches - 5 minutes
2) Dumbbell Shoulder Press - 3 sets
3) Dumbbell Front Raise - 3 sets
4) Cable Face Pull- 3 sets
5) Smith Machine Shrugs - 3 sets
6) Stretches - 5 minutes

Note: Perform each Exercise for 10 to 15 reps per set

Rest 1 to 2 minutes between each set

2) Shoulder Exercises: Intermediate Level


1) Stretches - 5 minutes
2) Smith Machine Shoulder Press - 4 sets
3) Dumbbell 3-Way Shoulder Raise - 3 sets
4) Cable Face Pull- 3 sets
5) Plate Shrugs - 3 sets
6) Stretches - 5 minutes

Note: Perform each Exercise for 10 to 15 reps per set

Rest 1 to 2 minutes between each set

3) Shoulder Exercises: Advanced Level


1) Stretches - 5 minutes
2) Dumbbell Shoulder Press - 3 sets
3) Dumbbell 3-Way Shoulder Raise - 3 sets
4) Dumbbell Rear Delt Fly - 3 sets
5) Plate Shrugs - 3 sets
6) Dumbbell Front Raise (8) + Dumbbell Lateral Raise (8) - 3 sets
7) Smith Machine Behind The Back Shrugs - 3 sets
8) Stretches - 5 minutes

Note: Perform each Exercise for 10 to 15 reps per set

Rest 1 to 2 minutes between each set
