1) Bicep Exercises: Beginner Level


1) Stretches - 5 minutes
2) Alternating Dumbbell Bicep Curls - 3 sets
3) Seated Bicep Curl Machine - 3 sets
4) Cross Body Hammer Curl - 3 sets
5) Stretches - 5 minutes

Note: Perform each Exercise for 10 to 15 reps per set

Rest 1 to 2 minutes between each set

2) Bicep Exercises: Intermediate Level


1) Stretches - 5 minutes
2) Seated Incline Dumbbell Bicep Curl - 3 sets
3) Close Grip Pull Ups - 3 sets
4) Single Arm Dumbbell Preacher Curl - 3 sets
5) Stretches - 5 minutes

Note: Perform each Exercise for 10 to 15 reps per set

Rest 1 to 2 minutes between each set

3) Bicep Exercises: Advanced Level


1) Stretches - 5 minutes
2) Close Grip Pull Ups - 4 sets
3) Seated Incline Dumbbell Bicep Curl - 3 sets
4) Single Arm Dumbbell Preacher Curl - 3 sets
5) Cross Body Hammer Curl - 3 sets
6) Stretches - 5 minutes

Note: Perform each Exercise for 10 to 15 reps per set

Rest 1 to 2 minutes between each set
