1) Ab Exercises: Beginner Level


1) Stretches - 5 minutes
2) Hanging Leg Raises - 3 sets
3) Weighted Decline Crunches - 3 sets
4) Torso Rotation Machine - 3 sets
5) Stretches - 5 minutes

Note: Perform each Exercise for 10 to 15 reps per set

Rest 1 to 2 minutes between each set
