1) Back Exercises: Beginner Level


1) Stretches - 5 minutes
2) Pull-Ups - 2 sets (Assisted if required)
3) Lat Pull Down - 3 sets
4) Rear Pull Down - 3 sets
5) Deadlift - 2 or 3 sets (Barbell/Smith Machine)
6) Stretches - 5 minutes

Note: Perform each Exercise for 10 to 15 reps per set

Rest 1 to 2 minutes between each set

2) Back Exercises: Intermediate Level


1) Stretches - 5 minutes
2) Pull-Ups - 3 sets
3) Lat Pull Down - 4 sets
4) Close Grip Pull Ups - 3 sets
5) Seated Close Grip Cable Rows - 3 sets
6) Deadlift - 3 sets (Barbell/Smith Machine)
7) Stretches - 5 minutes

Note: Perform each Exercise for 10 to 15 reps per set

Rest 1 to 2 minutes between each set

3) Back Exercises: Advanced Level


1) Stretches - 5 minutes
2) Pull-Ups - 3 sets
3) Lat Pull Down - 3 sets
4) Close Grip Pull Ups - 3 sets
5) Deadlift - 4 sets (Barbell/Smith Machine)
6) Neutral Grip Pull-Ups - 3 sets
7) Seated Close Grip Cable Row - 3 sets
8) Stretches - 5 minutes

Note: Perform each Exercise for 10 to 15 reps per set

Rest 1 to 2 minutes between each set
