Leg Exercises - Leg Mastery🦵!!

1) Leg Exercises: Beginner Level


1) Stretches - 5 minutes
2) Bodyweight Squats - 2 sets
3) Squats - 1 or 2 sets (Smith Machine/Barbell)
4) Leg Extension - 3 sets
5) Calf Extension - 3 sets (Machine/Dumbbells)
6) Bodyweight Calf Raises - 3 sets
7) Stretches - 5 minutes

Note: Perform each Exercise for 10 to 15 reps per set

Rest 1 to 2 minutes between each set

2) Leg Exercises: Intermediate Level


1) Stretches - 5 minutes
2) Squats - 3 sets (Smith Machine/Barbell)
3) Leg Extension - 3 sets
4) Dumbbell Lunges - 3 sets
5) Calf Extension 21s - 3 sets (Machine/Dumbbells)
6) Leg Press Calf Raises - 3 sets
7) Stretches - 5 minutes

Note: Perform each Exercise for 10 to 15 reps per set

Rest 1 to 2 minutes between each set

3) Leg Exercises: Advanced Level


1) Stretches - 5 minutes
2) Squats - 4 sets (Smith Machine/Barbell)
3) Leg Extension - 4 sets
4) Dumbbell Lunges - 3 sets
5) Calf Extension 21s - 4 sets (Machine/Dumbbells)
6) Leg Press Calf Raises 21s - 3 sets
7) Stretches - 5 minutes

Note: Perform each Exercise for 10 to 15 reps per set

Rest 1 to 2 minutes between each set
