Tricep Exercises - Tricep Titan!!

1) Tricep Exercises: Beginner Level


1) Stretches - 5 minutes
2) Flat Dumbbell Tricep Extension - 3 sets
3) Flat Bar Tricep Cable Pushdown - 3 sets
4) Dumbbell Tricep Kickback - 3 sets
5) Stretches - 5 minutes

Note: Perform each Exercise for 10 to 15 reps per set

Rest 1 to 2 minutes between each set

2) Tricep Exercises: Intermediate Level


1) Stretches - 5 minutes
2) Seated Overhead Dumbbell Tricep Extension - 3 sets
3) Reverse Grip Tricep Pushdown - 3 sets
4) Incline Dumbbell Tricep Extension - 3 sets
5) Dips - 1 or 2 sets
6) Stretches - 5 minutes

Note: Perform each Exercise for 10 to 15 reps per set

Rest 1 to 2 minutes between each set

3) Tricep Exercises: Advanced Level


1) Stretches - 5 minutes
2) Seated Overhead Dumbbell Tricep Extension - 4 sets
3) Incline Dumbbell Tricep Extension - 4 sets
4) Flat Bar Tricep Cable Pushdown - 3 sets
5) Dips - 3 sets
6) Stretches - 5 minutes

Note: Perform each Exercise for 10 to 15 reps per set

Rest 1 to 2 minutes between each set
